# IEO / NFT

IEOs são um tipo mais restrito de emissão de tokens, já que, diferentemente das ICOs, eles requerem uma terceira parte confiável na operação. Neste caso, a terceira parte geralmente é uma exchange credenciada. Um IEO pode acontecer de duas formas: através da exchange ou por uma terceira parte usando sua plataforma. O primeiro modelo é o mais comum e com os exemplos mais bem-sucedidos. A exchange cria e distribui seu token.

Os fatores fundamentais que instituem IEOs são:

* Segurança e credibilidade de uma plataforma reconhecida no mercado; 
* Com um IEO, o usuário tem acesso a uma base consolidada e grande de clientes; 
* O token tem maior chance de ser negociado e, com isso, ganhar liquidez no mercado; 
* Exchanges possuem mecanismos de avaliação de risco para cada projeto, reduzindo as possibilidades de fraude e perdas para o investidor.
